The seller said his agent didn't respond to his requests and he wanted to work with Joan when he was ready to buy! Oh my goodness! I am really embarrassed over the fact that I needed a realtor RIGHT NOW and you got one for me.
Susan was out of town at the time so I worked with her son Edward. He didn't have time to show me all the houses that I wanted to see but I can't hold that against him since he was doing me a favor and squeezing me in. Susan put the offer together long distance and Edward presented it to the owner that night. I got the house. Edward was there for the inspection.
They both seemed quite knowledgeable. I would recommend them.
