Joan is very nice and knows her way around Bakersfield. She was particularly helpful as the intermediary between me and the seller. The seller said his agent didn't respond to his requests and he wanted to work with Joan when he was ready to buy! Easy! Marilee made everything easy for me in finding a place to fit my needs. She was more than enjoyable to work with and she knew the areas she showed me and the communities we looked in.
