Oh my goodness! I am really embarrassed over the fact that I needed a realtor RIGHT NOW and you got one for me.

Susan was out of town at the time so I worked with her son Edward.  He didn't have time to show me all the houses that I wanted to see but I can't hold that against him since he was doing me a favor and squeezing me in. Susan put the offer together long distance and Edward presented it to the owner that night. I got the house. Edward was there for the inspection.

They both seemed quite knowledgeable.  I would recommend them.

Trevor was very helpful. From the start he made sure he was doing everything he could for us. He ended up going on vacation before he could take us to see any houses and had his co-worker help us out. We ended up buying a house with that agent, but we appreciate all the time he spent helping us.

The first time we spoke to her was while she was on a family vacation in Hawaii, and she took the time to speak with us, help us focus our search, make arrangements for us for that weekend, and make sure we were in good hands. Kelly knew the local market, the LDS community (and related considerations), was very well connected, and was instrumental in guiding us to a choice location where our kids would be in top schools and youth programs. The market was very competitive, and she was dialed in! She found us a very nice home before it ever hit the market. She got us early (first) access, and we were under contract before anyone else even had a chance. Her negotiations with the listing agent were critical to securing the deal, and she saved us $15k as we entered into escrow. Meanwhile, when it came to the negotiation process for repairs, she once again saved us another $4k. She monitored our transaction from beginning to end, kept us informed, and made sure we crossed our t's and dotted our i's. I have told many people already that we were very blessed to have her as our agent, and I would recommend her to everyone without any reservations.

Judy was amazing.  We really love her.  However she is right inventory is so low out there.  We did not want to make any offers on what she showed us.  Nothing seemed to fit.  Everything needed a lot of work.  We are waiting to find something that is right.  Thank you for referring us to Judy.

Adam was great. Because of our distant location from the property that was for sale, he took control of the situation, as we asked him to. He arranged and oversaw the repairs that needed to be done and was always available when we needed him. Amazing job!!

Moving is always hectic. Kelly was amazing! We moved from out of state and really had no idea what we wanted or were looking for. She was so helpful. She helped us make and navigate multiple offers and negotiations. She went back to the house we were under contract for multiple times to check things for us while we were out of state. I really couldn't recommend her more!
