Easy! Marilee made everything easy for me in finding a place to fit my needs. She was more than enjoyable to work with and she knew the areas she showed me and the communities we looked in. Probably my best experience to date with any realtor - and we have relocated quite a few times. Joan is very nice and knows her way around Bakersfield. She was particularly helpful as the intermediary between me and the seller. The seller said his agent didn't respond to his requests and he wanted to work with Joan when he was ready to buy! I am more than pleased with both Helen and Judd. They make a wonderful team. They were very knowledgeable. I always felt that my questions and concerns were important to them. We were looking for a place to spend the winters. We found a place and made an offer which was accepted and then my husband and I headed back to Cedar City. Helen took care of the inspections for us.
