Ric was great. He and Dan showed me all the places I requested to see. Ric helped us make timely offers and his advice was invaluable. Answered all our questions and made valuable recommendations. Moving is always hectic. Kelly was amazing! We moved from out of state and really had no idea what we wanted or were looking for. She was so helpful. She helped us make and navigate multiple offers and negotiations. She went back to the house we were under contract for multiple times to check things for us while we were out of state. I really couldn't recommend her more!

Ginger was wonderful to work with purchasing our new home. She spend a lot of time listening to us and finding homes that fit our wants. We ended up building new construction and she kept on top of everything to make it move smoothly through the process. I would recommend her to anyone looking to move to this area.

We were looking for a place to spend the winters. We found a place and made an offer which was accepted and then my husband and I headed back to Cedar City. Helen took care of the inspections for us.
