I am more than pleased with both Helen and Judd. They make a wonderful team. They were very knowledgeable. I always felt that my questions and concerns were important to them. We were looking for a place to spend the winters. We found a place and made an offer which was accepted and then my husband and I headed back to Cedar City. Helen took care of the inspections for us. She went the extra mile and NEVER made me feel that it was an inconvenience.

Easy! Marilee made everything easy for me in finding a place to fit my needs. She was more than enjoyable to work with and she knew the areas she showed me and the communities we looked in. Moving is always hectic. Kelly was amazing! We moved from out of state and really had no idea what we wanted or were looking for. She was so helpful. She helped us make and navigate multiple offers and negotiations. She went back to the house we were under contract for multiple times to check things for us while we were out of state. I really couldn't recommend her more!

Susan was out of town at the time so I worked with her son Edward.  He didn't have time to show me all the houses that I wanted to see but I can't hold that against him since he was doing me a favor and squeezing me in. Susan put the offer together long distance and Edward presented it to the owner that night. I got the house. Edward was there for the inspection.
