Jessica went above and beyond by video recording multiple houses as I was out of state. She filed multiple bid paperwork and was reassuring as they fell through. When I finally found what felt like the right home for me she stood by me and tried to get me the best deal possible even under some strenuous circumstances as the house was built in 1916. I am more than pleased with both Helen and Judd. They make a wonderful team. They were very knowledgeable. I always felt that my questions and concerns were important to them. We were looking for a place to spend the winters. We found a place and made an offer which was accepted and then my husband and I headed back to Cedar City. Helen took care of the inspections for us. She went the extra mile and NEVER made me feel that it was an inconvenience.
