I am more than pleased with both Helen and Judd. They make a wonderful team. They were very knowledgeable. I always felt that my questions and concerns were important to them. We were looking for a place to spend the winters. We found a place and made an offer which was accepted and then my husband and I headed back to Cedar City. Helen took care of the inspections for us. She went the extra mile and NEVER made me feel that it was an inconvenience.

Sybil bent over backwards for us. I've never heard or seen anyone work so hard to get us the perfect house. She was amazing! She took calls and answered questions at all hours of the day, drove hours out of her way to pick us up and drop us off, and spent all day with us several days in a row. Judy was amazing.  We really love her.  However she is right inventory is so low out there.  We did not want to make any offers on what she showed us.  Nothing seemed to fit.  Everything needed a lot of work.  We are waiting to find something that is right.  Thank you for referring us to Judy.
