Kelly was exceptional from beginning to end. The first time we spoke to her was while she was on a family vacation in Hawaii, and she took the time to speak with us, help us focus our search, make arrangements for us for that weekend, and make sure we were in good hands. Joan is very nice and knows her way around Bakersfield. She was particularly helpful as the intermediary between me and the seller. Moving is always hectic. Kelly was amazing! We moved from out of state and really had no idea what we wanted or were looking for. She was so helpful.
